The City Manager submitted an Action Plan for the redevelopment of the 18th & Vine Historic District that would make the district a thriving commercial/residential destination and attraction, with the infusion of potential bond proceeds, private donations, and other tax incentives. The plan includes a list of projects to be undertaken through a blend of City and private funding. The project list includes design and construction supporting the Urban Youth Baseball Academy currently being built in Parade Park.
